Friday morning procrastination...

Hello fellow readers :) So, I have determined that I am a very bad blogger. Its been over a year since my last post. At the moment I am wishing I was somewhere warmer. Not really warm, just not -40!! Jennie is in BC right now, freaking +2..... oh.... and not jelous at all :) Larisa and I were planning a trip to Phoenix Arizona last week cause I have my shoot week for school, and I wanted to go somewhere more interesting (and less cold) than winnipeg. Flights to Phoenix are pretty cheap, so we were getting really excited to go (as we usually do when we think of very random spontaneous things to do, get our hopes up, and then an hour later we realize that we are idiots that have no MONEY!) and thats exactly what happenned. Actually, it was mom that set us straight. Reminding us that we have NO $$$. I hate money. Why can't you do anything in this world unless you have it? It doesn't seem fair. So now i'm stuck in winnipeg when I could be in bliss in Arizona. But, I guess that saying is true.... Life isn't always fair. I was out doing some shooting the other day, literally froze my legs off, cursing winter and this crazy climate. haha. But, I made it through...

On other an other note.... a christmas note! I don't have any christmas shopping left to do... I also only had to buy like two gifts! Which is good, cause again.... the whole money thing. I love this time of year cause there's so much hustle and bustle in the malls, everyone frantic to get their last minute christmas shopping done, lol. Which also I think is kinda sad about how this whole holiday turns into stress and running around getting shopping done. It's kinda sad what it has turned into, becuase it's SUPPOSED to be a break, but no one actually gets a break because they're so frantic. lol Kind of ironic.

I don't know what to name this...

Yesterday I went horse back riding for the first time in like two years! We all went to Kims house and got to ride her horses, it was great, except I am paying for it today with majorly sore muscles, haha. I can barely walk. I'll get over it... it was worth it.

So in other news I got my stitches out today! Last week I locked myself out of the house while everyone was at church, smart eh? I was trying to break in through the window, lol, and I pushed on the glass and it shattered and sliced my wrist. Man, it was grose. I didn't know that that is what my skin looks like underneath the surface! haha. So I got three stitches and today they were taken out but it wasn't quite ready yet, so the skin split a little bit. OOPS. Hopefully it will hurry up and heal so i don't have to wear bandages anymore...

well, I don't really know what to write about anymore... I'm listening to Josh Groban right now.... hmmmm.....

Procrastinating...

Well i figured that i should write something on my blog since i haven't since i've gotten it. I am procrastinating on writing on my blog, and now i am procrastinating my school work by writing on my blog! Yup, that's me...a procrasinator! but really, who isn't? If you are reading this note right now, YOU ARE PROCRASTINATING! Point made :)

So it is 10:19 pm right now and I am in Jennie's room on her computer, and she is reading a book...probably not procrastinating...:) So i'm stuck, not really sure what to write now, lol... today i had classes at U of M, and one of them was psychology. I really enjoy that class and find the information interesting, but also very frustrating at the same time! We are covering evolution right now, and seeing pictures of a half man half ape in my textbook just makes me want to laugh...anywayz...so i am getting a little more stressed as more midterms are drawing near, and a little nervous for my spanish exam next week cause there is a lot to memorize! Languages are hard...so tomorrow I don't have classes, and i intend to work a lot here at home and get lots of reading and studying done. I find it really hard to buckle down and study when there are so many things i think about that I would rather be doing. Going for a walk and taking advantage of this beautiful weather before the blasted manitoban - 40 degree weather plus wind chill come to greet us at our door step...or watching Buffy, Facebooking, sitting on our deck and watching people as they walk by (not in a creepy way) or simply sitting on the couch and staring into space thinking about absolutely nothing! I am fond of that one, haha. Anyways, I should be off now. Good night all! And don't let the bed bugs bite :)

WOW! I knew i would be sucked in one day...it was only a matter of time. First facebook, now my very own Blog! This should be exciting...and i have two friends already! haha. well i'm going to bed now, school tomorrow! Nighty night night :)
